If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Items

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, with all Holland Cooper tags and gold hardware protectors attached.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Affix the generated prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
